The microprocessor controllers are available in 48x96 mm (1/8 DIN) for model 1000 and 96x96 mm (1/4 DIN) for models 1001 and 1101, utilizing SMT technology.
The 1000 series offers a complete operator interface with a Lexan membrane front panel providing IP54 frontal protection. It includes 3 control keys, two green LED displays (3 digits for model 1000, 4 digits for models 1001/1101), red LEDs indicating three alarm relay outputs, and a green LED for the main control output.
The main input supports various signal types:

• Thermocouples (types J, K, N, S, R, T)
• 3-wire Pt100 resistance thermometer
• Linear inputs: 0–50 mV, 10–50 mV (keyboard selectable), 2–10 V, 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA with external shunt

An auxiliary analog input is provided for current transformer (C.T.) signals.
The controller provides dual output modes: relay (5 A, 250 VAC at cosφ=1) and static (24 Vdc, max 20 mA), plus up to three alarm relay outputs (3 A, 250 VAC).
Optionally, the output can be analog (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, 2–10 V).
Communication interfaces include optional Current Loop or RS485 using GEFRAN (Cencal) protocol at up to 9600 baud.
Parameter programming is simplified through grouped function blocks. Access to configuration settings is protected by a hardware jumper, and protection codes can limit which parameters are visible or editable.
