GFX Modular Power Controller for Temperature-Controlled Zones (Slave)

A modern, integrated system for precise power and temperature management in industrial electric heating applications. Its design is tailored for multizone temperature control. The system includes a PID microprocessor control unit with load control devices (AT and VT), and a compact SSR power module with aluminum heat sink. It is user-friendly, space-saving, and easy to install.
  • Available in three configurations:
    MASTER – independent temperature control with communication
    SLAVE – independent temperature control only
    EXPANSION – for three-phase load applications
  • Zero-crossing Solid State Relay (SSR)
  • Rated voltage: 480Vac rms, 50-60Hz
  • Rated current (AC1): 25A, 40A, 60A, 90A, 120A
  • Protection: IP20
  • Installation: DIN rail or panel mounting
  • Universal temperature input with 0.2% accuracy
  • Configurable digital input
  • Logic output or “cooling” relay
  • Integrated current transformer (CT) for load monitoring
  • Heat/cool PID control, selectable cooling fluid, self-tuning, auto-tuning, soft-start
  • Four generic alarms plus LBA and HB alarms
  • Two configurable relay outputs
  • RS485 serial communication with optical isolation, supporting Modbus RTU protocol
  • Fieldbus support: PROFIBUS DP, CANopen
