GFX Modular Power Controller for Temperature-Controlled Zones (Expansion)
A versatile, integrated system for controlling both power and temperature in industrial electric heating applications.
Designed for multizone temperature management, it includes a PID microprocessor control unit with load control devices (AT and VT)
and a compact SSR power module with aluminum heat sink. The system is easy to install, compact, and user-friendly.
- Three configurations available:
MASTER – independent temperature control with communication capabilities
SLAVE – independent temperature control only
EXPANSION – for three-phase load applications - Solid State Relay (SSR) with zero-crossing switching
- Rated voltage: 480Vac rms, 50-60Hz
- Rated current (AC1): 25A, 40A, 60A, 90A, 120A
- Protection rating: IP20
- Installation: DIN rail or panel mounting
- Universal temperature input with 0.2% measurement accuracy
- Configurable digital input
- Logic output or “cooling” relay
- Integrated current transformer (CT) for load monitoring
- Heat/cool PID control, selection of cooling fluid, self-tuning, auto-tuning, soft-start
- Four general alarms plus LBA and HB alarms
- Two configurable relay outputs
- RS485 serial interface with optical isolation, supporting Modbus RTU protocol
- Fieldbus compatibility: PROFIBUS DP, CANopen
