GFX_Multifunction Modular Power Controller for Temperature-Controlled Zones (Slave)
A highly flexible and compact rear-panel instrument.
It features a “base” that houses the PID microprocessor controller, which can accommodate functional modules such as:
5/10/15A solid state power relay, double continuous output, double relay, or single relay.
Primarily used for heating extrusion channels, injection systems, and other multizone configurations.
Thanks to compatibility with popular field buses, Geflex_Multifunction can be seamlessly integrated into various system architectures.
- Three configurations:
MASTER – independent temperature control with communication
SLAVE – independent temperature control only
EXPANSION – for three-phase loads - Protection rating: IP20
- Universal temperature input with 0.2% accuracy
- Configurable digital input
- Logic output or “cooling” relay
- Load current detection with integrated current and voltage transformer (CT & VT)
- Heat/cool PID control, selectable cooling fluid, self-tuning, auto-tuning “one-shot”, soft-start
- Four generic alarms plus LBA and HB alarms
- Two configurable relay outputs
- Fieldbus for Master Standard:
RS485 serial interface with Modbus RTU
Optional: PROFIBUS DP, CANopen
