GFX_Valves Modular Power Controller for Motorized Valves (Master)

A compact rear-panel microprocessor controller designed specifically for 3-way motorized valves.
The primary control input is universal, supporting thermocouples, resistance thermometers, thermistors, linear signals, and potentiometers, with optional custom linearization.
An additional isolated analog input is available, configurable for either linear signals or potentiometer input to monitor valve position.
The controller provides parameters tailored for valve operation, including actuator stroke time, minimum movement duration, trip setpoints, and dead zone adjustment.
Users can select operation type, with or without potentiometer feedback, and choose between PID or PD control algorithms.

    MASTER – independent temperature control with communication
    SLAVE – independent temperature control only

  • Heat/cool PID control, selectable cooling fluid, self-tuning, auto-tuning, soft-start
