GFX_Valves Modular Power Controller for Motorized Valves (Slave)

A compact rear-panel microprocessor controller for 3-way motorized valves.
The primary input is universal, allowing connection of thermocouples, resistance thermometers, thermistors, linear signals, and potentiometers, with optional custom linearization.
An additional isolated analog input is available, fully configurable for linear signals or potentiometer input to monitor valve position.
Parameters specific to valve operation are included, such as actuator stroke time, minimum movement duration, movement trip setpoints, and dead zone.
Users can select the operating mode, with or without potentiometer feedback, and choose between PID or PD control algorithms.

  • Two configurations:
    MASTER – independent temperature control with communication
    SLAVE – independent temperature control only
  • Protection rating: IP20
  • Universal temperature input with 0.2% accuracy
  • Configurable digital input
  • Module with dual relay for valve open/close function
  • Logic output or “cooling” relay
  • Heat/cool PID control, selectable cooling fluid, self-tuning, auto-tuning, soft-start
  • Four generic alarms plus LBA alarm
  • Two configurable relay outputs
  • Fieldbus support for Master:
    RS485 serial interface with Modbus RTU protocol
    Optional: PROFIBUS DP or CANopen
