The GD series is a zero-crossing solid-state relay with integrated heater break diagnostics (HB function), selectable current range, and adjustable setpoint. Optional junction overheat protection is available.
An output alarm signal is provided for monitoring. GD relays are offered with 40A currents, 480Vac rated voltage, and Vdc input control signals. The voltage transistors are protected by built-in MOVs (varistors).

These relays require an appropriate heatsink and are designed for very short switching times, capable of millions of operations without component wear.
