GTZ Three-Phase Power Solid State Relays with Logic Control

The GTZ series consists of three-phase zero-crossing solid-state relays designed for controlling resistive and inductive loads. Each unit includes an aluminum heatsink and DIN-rail mounting for easy industrial installation.
These relays are suitable for high-power applications with frequent switching, supporting loads up to 3 × 55A (AC51) at 400, 480, or 600Vac.
Logic-type control (Vdc) is provided, with each phase monitored via LED indicators. Individual phases are controlled through semiconductor devices for precise operation.
The robust construction, advanced manufacturing process, and durable housing ensure high reliability and continuous service under demanding conditions. Units are designed for continuous operation at rated current in a 40 °C ambient environment.
All versions feature overvoltage and junction overtemperature protection, with visual LED indicators and optional solid-state alarm output.
The device is supplied with protective covers against direct contact (removable for wiring). Optional accessories include fuses, fuse holders, panel mounting supports, thermostats, and cooling fans.
